Lara Jacxsens obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (summa cum laude) in Moral Sciences from Ghent University in 2019. Her research is focused on the ethical aspects of reproductive medicine, particularly in the context of egg donation. In 2019, she initiated her doctoral research within the Department of Philosophy and Moral Sciences at Ghent University. Through her research, she aims to achieve international consensus on the crucial information required for prospective egg donors to provide valid informed consent. She is pursuing this through a Delphi study.
